GENERAL INFORMATION
Please arrive at the Spa 15 minutes before your treatment for facials/massage/body treatments. This allows time to complete your consultation without cutting into your treatment time. Late arrival will limit the length of your session as treatments will always finish as scheduled to not delay and inconvenience the next client.

We want to do the best possible treatment for you. All our advice is complimentary, so we recommend you make an appointment to discuss your skin concerns and we can advise you on the treatments that are right for you. Many seemingly unrelated lifestyle issues can impact on your skin, so please help us by answering these questions to allow us to understand your skin needs.
WHAT TO WEAR
It is important that you are comfortable and can relax. For massage and facial treatments, you will be left in privacy to remove your footwear and clothing, retaining your undergarments and wrapping your body in a robe that ensures your modesty during your treatment. For body treatments involving water such as scrubs and wraps, you will be provided with a disposable underwear. If you are enjoying a spa sauna facilities, please bring a swimsuit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. What this means is if you can’t make your appointment you need to let us know 24 hours in advance that you won’t be coming in and then we can shift your appointment for you.
TREATMENT CHARGES
All prices are inclusive of GST and may be subject to change without notice. We accept cash and major credit cards and all treatments must be paid for on the day of service or prior.
